Dynamic Identities: An Analysis

An illustrated essay that shows a new classification system of dynamic identities, and a new approach to the analysis of the graphic solutions
by Sergio Corini

Project Description

The book proposes a new classification system of dynamic visual identities, which is not limited to a single subdivision, but takes into consideration several classification categories separately. In addition, a technical and detailed analysis of the different graphic solutions that characterize the dynamic identities is carried out. In fact, case studies will be analysed along with tables and images. A totally new and more methodical approach to the subject is therefore proposed, driven by the desire to shed light on a reality about which not much has been written so far. The intent of this book is to disclose information about the subject of dynamic identities, to introduce an innovative criterion, to provide future students, designers and all graphics lovers with material on which they can master their passions and interests.

Biography

My name is Sergio Corini, I am 27 years old and I am a farmer living in the countryside of Brescia, Italy. After attending Vincenzo Capirola Scientific High School in Leno (BS), in February 2015 I graduated in Communication Design at the Design School of the Politecnico di Milano. The degree thesis focused on generative dynamic identities; while writing I realized that the literature about the subject of dynamic identities was lacking. Consequently, I decided to deepen my knowledge and I came up with a new method of classification. I immediately began to outline various classification groups and gradually reached a well-structured classification system. After about four years, alternating the writing of the book with work in the countryside and occasional collaborations as a designer, the book is ready to be published.
Basketball is my passion, along with music, my traveling companion; Jack London my master, and Bruno my dog, a German shepherd full of live.
